These Terms govern your use of the Summit Tax Reclaim website, operated by Chart Digital Ventures, LLC dba Summit Tax Reclaim. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Information only
Website content is general information about property valuation appeal consulting. It is not legal advice, tax preparation, an appraisal, financial advice, or a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
No client relationship
Visiting the site, submitting a preliminary review request, uploading documents, or sending an email does not create a client, fiduciary, agency, or professional relationship. Services begin only after both parties execute the applicable engagement agreement and any required authorization documents.

We may screen available facts and prepare supporting materials, but the County and other relevant authorities make all valuation and appeal decisions. We do not guarantee that a property will qualify for an appeal, that an appeal will be accepted, or that any assessment, valuation, tax, or payment will be reduced.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, having the owner's authority to submit a property, reviewing documents before signing or filing, protecting sensitive information, and meeting obligations assigned to you in any engagement agreement. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive information, misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
