Summit Tax Reclaim is operated by Chart Digital Ventures, LLC. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit this website, submit a preliminary review request, or contact us.

You are not required to provide personal information merely to read the site. We do not intentionally use advertising trackers.

If you submit a review request, we receive the contact information, property address, parcel and valuation details, comments, owner-authorization confirmation, and documents you choose to provide. If you email us, we receive the address, message, attachments, and other information you choose to send.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, banking information, medical records, passwords, or other highly sensitive information.

Our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, request time, and requested pages for delivery, security, rate limiting, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. We store a one-way hash derived from the submitting IP address for rate limiting rather than the raw address in the review record. Google Fonts may also receive standard request information when fonts are loaded.

We do not sell personal information. Supabase processes and privately stores review records and uploaded documents; Vercel hosts the website; and our email provider may process your name, email address, property address, and request reference to deliver confirmations and internal notices. Uploaded documents are not attached to confirmation emails.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete a transaction you request.

Review documents are stored in a non-public bucket and are not available through an ordinary public link. Access is restricted to authorized business operations. We retain information only as reasonably needed to evaluate the request, maintain business records, prevent abuse or disputes, and satisfy legal requirements.

We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask us to correct or delete information you previously sent, subject to legal and legitimate business-record requirements. You may choose not to use the form and contact us first without sending property documents.

This website and service are intended for property owners and other adults. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy as the website or service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
